This letter of reference is in regards to the outstanding service that All Temperature Air has provided on more than one occasion. Earlier this summer during one of the hottest weeks this season, we arrived back home after a long weekend and to our surprise, our down stairs air conditioner quit working. I contacted All Temperature Air, who was referred to my by another happy customer, and Anthony Thomas (the owner) came out that same day and discovered that our approximately 20-year-old unit had a bad compressor. He didn’t just try and sell me a new compressor, but first spent about two hours trouble-shooting the problem to make sure that the compressor was in fact bad. At this point we had two options, either replace a 20-year-old compressor, or for just a little bit more, we could install a new unit that was more efficient and had a warranty. We went with the new unit, and they came back the next day and we were cool again by the evening. On a subsequent occasion, I was up at Lake Powell getting on our House Boat and as bad luck would have it, the air conditioner quit cooling. Since it uses a residential style unit, I decided to give Anthony a call-at 9:00p.m.-and he actually answered my call. He asked me several questions and he was able to diagnose the issue over the telephone. Obviously he was not able to drive 500 miles to fix the AC on my house boat, but I was able to get the service company at the Marina to fix the AC and Anthony was correct in his diagnosis. It was a simple fix. It just needed a recharge of the refrigerant and we were back in business. However, we did lose two days of our trip waiting for the marina’s repair people to come fix it. I am sure if Anthony were there, it would have been fixed right away. I would recommend All Temperature Air to anyone and will continue to use them for all my future AC and heating needs.
